Fred Krazeise founded Empowered & Fit in 2006 to offer a nurturing space and a source of healing for women recovering from shock, trauma and suffering from physical or emotional pain or stress. As a certified massage therapist and Reiki master, he discovered that through the sensitive fusion of techniques, including various types of massage, Reiki, and other forms of energy work, that he could provide not only physical relief to his clients but also emotional and spiritual peace and calm as well. Success is derived from a deeply intuitive connection with every client. His goal is to meet his clients exactly where they are and provide exactly what their bodies need.

Fred combines his experience as an Intrinsic Coach with sensitive, nurturing bodywork to provide an integrative framework for overall wellness.

Fred is a nationally certified massage therapist and Intrinsic Coach focusing on women's wellness. He has additional training in Thai Yoga Massage, Lomi Lomi, Tui-Na, Tibetan Massage, Qi-Gong, and lymphatic drainage massage. He is a Reiki Master and a Reiki Master Teacher. Fred holds a Master’s degree in Education from Chapman University and a BA from University of Maryland. He is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
